History

RC is an 8-year-old male transported to the ED by his mother and complaining of shortness of breath. His mother states that he was playing video games at his cousin’s house when he started to cough and felt short of breath. In triage, his pulse is 108, respiratory rate 40, temperature 98.9o, SpO2 95% on room air. He is alert and oriented and using accessory muscles to breathe. Use the Auscultation and Blood Pressure tabs to capture heart rate, blood pressure and lung sounds.
