3 yo male, cough, fever, dyspnea

History

NC is a 3-year-old male transported to the urgent care center by his parents because of dyspnea, cough, and fever that have increased in intensity over the past two days. The mother states that NC has a history of upper respiratory infections. Assessment reveals a normal appearing 3-year-old who is moderate respiratory distress with some nasal flaring and intercostal retractions. Heart rate is 120, respiratory rate is 42, temperature is 103.2o F. SpO2 92% on room air. He has an occasional nonproductive cough. Auscultate the patient using the tab above.
