22 yo male, dyspnea at workplace

TB is a 22-year-old male who was brought into the emergency department by the local EMS because he experienced a sudden onset of dyspnea at his place of employment. Initial assessment reveals a relatively healthy and well-developed young adult in moderate to severe respiratory distress. There is no evidence of trauma. His heart rate is 104, respiratory rate is 34, temperature 98.9o F. SpO2 is 92% on room air. He states that his dyspnea began immediately after lifting a heavy crate. Use the blood pressure and auscultation tabs to complete the exam.
