JT is a 34-year-old male transported to the emergency department as a result of a car crash. Assessment upon arrival reveals a young middle-age male in moderate respiratory distress. He appears to have sustained trauma to his face, neck, and chest. His right hemithorax is expanding more than the left. He is currently receiving oxygen via nonrebreathing mask. His heart rate is 118, respiratory rate is 40 and labored. SpO2 is 85%. Use the Blood Pressure and Auscultation tabs to complete the physical assessment.
