History

50 year old man complaining of swollen ankles of two months duration and shortness of breath with exertion.

Physical Exam
Blood pressure is normal.
Pulse rate is 95 bpm.
Respiration of 15 breaths per minute.


Test Results

White blood cell count normal.
Electrolytes normal.
Thyroid function studies normal.
Chest x-ray shows prominent pulmonary artery.
